Bellamoon - Nurture & Rest Modules
Being a natural problem-solver, Irene had already started using her professional design skills, from her background in architecture, to sketch and model the product she knew she needed.
The goal was to create a safe place where a new mum can feed her baby, process her thoughts, find a breath, release her sighs and just rest. Irene recognised that a new mum needs to breathe life back into herself, whilst nourishing her baby.
Today BellaMoon is a thriving, multi award winning business and has featured in prominent publications such as Hello! & Vogue. Beautiful new print ranges have also helped to increase their offering and grow their customer base across into Europe and the US. They are also exploring new collaborations with other industry partners whilst they continue to help improve the pregnancy and breastfeeding journey for new mums everywhere.
What followed was one of the most interesting and rewarding projects that involved working on the modular design, (lots of) ergonomics, consumer safety, production processes, contract manufacturing & packaging for ‘The Full Moon’ system.
